This season the club rewards your commitment with four key advantages: attendance discount (up to 30%), an extra family aid of up to 15% for families of at least 4 members, a new registration exception for 5-year-old children (children or grandchildren of season ticket holders) and a unified 12% direct discount for those holding 4 or more shares.
The club strengthens its social commitment by introducing key benefits adapted to the reality of families and unifying criteria under the principle of equity.
The club rewards the fans who showed strong commitment last season, regardless of whether they hold shares or not. More than 12,000 season ticket holders will benefit from the attendance discounts.
30% discount: for season ticket holders who attended 100% of the official matches of the 2025-2026 season.
20% discount: for those who attended 90% of the matches (17 matches or more) of the 2025-2026 season.

Families made up of at least 4 members (with first-degree consanguinity certified by the family book) and a maximum of 2 adults will enjoy up to a 15% refund on the price of their season tickets. At first they will pay the full pass, and the club will open a period for them to prove the family relationship by presenting the family book, at which point the discount will be refunded.
Children born in 2021, who turn 5 during 2026 and are children or grandchildren of season ticket holders, may process a new registration. If this minor also becomes the fourth family member in the club's census, the family discount will be applied.
Seeking maximum equity, the club unifies the criteria: season ticket holders who own 4 or more shares will receive a 12% direct discount on their pass. This system replaces the former fixed discount.
Shares must be subscribed before the last match held at Ciutat (05/17/2026).
Be part of the driving force of the Ciutat de València. If you want to experience matches standing, singing and pushing the team every minute, the Levante Fans 1909 stand is your place. General season ticket: €150.
Membership of the supporters' stand is subject to payment of the Levante Fans fee.
The women's section presents its own campaign that accepts both new registrations and renewals. It will be managed as a 100% virtual season ticket online or in person at the offices, keeping very competitive prices.
Prices (renewal / new registration): Adult €60 / €70; Child €20 / €30; Groups €50 / €50; Men's first team season ticket holder €40 / €50.
Season ticket holders who wish to request an invoice must do so just before paying online or at the moment of obtaining the season ticket in person.
Can I register a new men's team season ticket this season?
Not in general. For now only renewals will be processed. The only exception allowed for new registrations are boys and girls born in 2021 (who turn 5 in 2026) and who are children or grandchildren of season ticket holders.
Does the season ticket include both the men's and women's team matches?
No, they are independent and separate season tickets. The men's first team campaign and the women's first team campaign run separately. The women's matches will be played between the Buñol Sports City and the Ciutat de València Stadium and require their own pass, but this year, as a novelty and to give the women's team the boost it needs, we have decided to launch the campaign together.
Do I have to throw away my physical card from last year? Is it going to disappear?
No, it does not disappear and you must not throw it away. The physical pass is the same as always and is automatically updated once you complete the payment for the new season; the same plastic card from previous years will work.
What then is the "Collector's Card"?
It is an exclusive physical pass with this year's campaign design ("Per a tota la vida") designed for fans who want to keep it as a souvenir. It is completely optional, costs 10 euros and the club will announce later when it can be collected.
How much will it cost me to renew my men's season ticket this year?
The final price will depend on your accumulated discounts (attendance and shares) and any bonuses you may have (family of at least 4 members). In absolute terms, the most expensive general season ticket (Tribuna) costs €531 and the cheapest €97 (excluding the Supporters' Stand).
How do the discounts for having attended matches last year work?
The club directly rewards your loyalty from the previous season with two tiers (regardless of whether you are a shareholder or not):
30% bonus: If you attended 100% of the official matches.
20% bonus: If you attended 90% of the official matches.
Do children's passes also have an attendance promotion or discount?
Yes. Children's passes have the same advantages, discounts or bonuses as the rest of the passes.
Can children's passes be released if the child is not going to come to a match?
Yes, of course. Children's passes can be released through the club's platform just like adults' passes to help the collective goal of the Ciutat de València presenting the best possible attendance. What you cannot do with a children's pass is transfer it. Releasing the seat is one thing and transferring the pass is another. You can transfer your adult pass to a friend or you can release it so that the club puts it up for sale. In the Season Ticket Holder Portal, within your account, you have the two options which are different.
I bought a half-season pass in the 2025/2026 season, am I entitled to the attendance discounts?
No, the 20% or 30% attendance discounts do not apply in this case, since the full season ticket was not held from the start of the season. However, all those fans who purchased the half-season pass have the renewal price for this new season, thus avoiding having to pay the new registration fee.
If I release my seat for a match because I cannot go, does it count as an absence for next year's discounts?
Not in the traditional way, it benefits you. From this year the calculation basis changes: releasing the seat does not count as an absence, but it also does not add as attendance. The seat goes on sale and the match base for your percentage is reduced.
Example: If the season has 19 matches, you attend 12 and release the seat on 4 occasions, the club will calculate your attendance percentage over 15 matches (19 - 4). You will have attended 12 of 15 matches (80% attendance). The system rewards you for leaving the seat free for the club instead of keeping it empty.
What happens if I miss the June 19 deadline to renew?
June 19 is the last day to secure your usual spot. If you let that date pass, the club will start the reorganization of the stand on June 22, so your seat will be left free and may be chosen by another season ticket holder during the seat change period. But in addition, the club cannot guarantee that you will be able to renew your season ticket after that date, so if you do not want to be left without your pass, renew before the 19th.
I had my season ticket on direct debit, will I be charged automatically as always?
Not in the same way. The traditional bank account direct debit system has been replaced by PayGold technology (in collaboration with Caixa Popular). Now the payment is made by linking a bank card to set up automatic renewal for the coming years. Payment will be made at the time and everyone who had a bank direct debit must explicitly authorize this new payment method.
What other payment alternatives are there if I do not want to use the PayGold system?
To offer maximum convenience, the online renewal portal will accept payments via traditional bank card, Bizum and wallet tools (mobile payment).
Can the season ticket be paid in installments? Does the club offer advantages for financing it?
Yes, the season ticket can be financed over 3, 6 and 9 months. The conditions and the way to process the financing in the renewal portal are exactly the same as last season, offering maximum facilities so that you can split the payment comfortably according to your needs. The process has no interest, only a cost called an "opening fee" (ranging between 1.75 euros for 3 months and 3.50 euros for 9 months).
How does the new family discount work?
Families of at least 4 members (maximum 2 adults and first-degree consanguinity) will have an additional 15% discount on their passes. The procedure will be as follows: at first the full price of the pass will be paid and, subsequently, the club will open a period to present the Family Book at the offices and make the direct refund of that money.
How is the discount for owning Levante UD shares applied now?
Seeking greater equity, the old fixed discount (which was unequal depending on the stadium area) is eliminated and replaced by a 12% direct discount on the price of the pass for anyone who owns 4 or more shares in their name. The only requirement is that the shares were registered before May 17, 2026 (last home league match of last season). This discount can be combined with the attendance discounts.
I want to register my child as a Supporter but I cannot find the link on the website, is it not possible?
At this time it is not available because the supporters' campaign will open once the season ticket campaign ends. They do not run together because the supporter card is designed precisely for those who have not been able to get a season ticket (or do not want one) but want to keep advantages (store discounts, priority in buying tickets…) and, very importantly, be part of the waiting list for future general season ticket registrations.
What is the Identity platform and why does the club insist so much that I register?
Identity is the new unified registration system that the club implemented a few months ago. It is an essential tool to improve your experience in the Season Ticket Holder Portal. By having your identity validated, any digital procedure, seat change, seat transfer or incident resolution is much more agile, secure and fast.
